All our centrifugally or spun-cast material (the continuously cast upon request) goes through rough/proof-machining. This process is necessary in order to remove (machine away, usually with a lathe) the metal impurities and inclusions that are concentrated (during the casting process) to the surface of the inside (mainly) and the outer diameter. Rough/proof-machining prepares the semi-finished product for the stage of final machining, according to customer’s drawing.
Variety of products
Some of our customers prefer to receive their products in a ready-to-use state. Final machining of the ordered castings is performed, upon request, always by a trusted, professional and certified workshop, either in Greece or abroad.
